Import CRGO Steel
The CRGO Steel is not available easily in India. So we import CRGO from Europe, Japan, Korea and
from the countries where the magnetic steel is found in abundance. CRGO is available
in more than eight grades. We import the grade depending on the requirement of its clients. Today, we
import approximately 10,000 MT of CRGO in a year.
Magnetic Steel Demand
About 90 percent of the demand for magnetic steel comes from the companies which are transformer industry while approximately 10 per cent of the demand is generated from furnace
industry. In furnace industry, it is used for regulating the voltage and frequency fluctuation in this
industry.
