Quality Laminations Testing

In case of Processing Lamination Quality control checks are carried out right through manufacturing process at regular half-hour intervals on every machine and the record is maintained separately.

The laminations are checked for Edge Burrs Width, Camber, Thickness, Stack Thickness, Wave Factor etc. which have to be in accordance with the specific least measurement done by various measuring devices. The acceptance norms for lamination on various parameters are as follows:
